Paul Ibe, the media adviser to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has issued a statement urging Nigerians to hold President Bola Tinubu accountable if what he describes as “the satanic agenda” against Dangote Refinery succeeds.
Ibe expressed concerns on his X (formerly Twitter) account, claiming that there is a clear and deliberate effort by both local and external forces to undermine and potentially destroy the Dangote Refinery. He emphasized that this situation is unfolding publicly for everyone to witness.
He said: “It is now crystal clear that there is a deliberate agenda of both local and external interests to kill and bury the @DangoteGroup Refinery. Daily Post reported recently that Dangote Refinery said it is yet to receive 26 million barrels of crude allocation facilitated by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission, NUPRC.
NUPRC had claimed it facilitated 26 million barrels of crude oil allocation to Dangote Refinery in the first quarter of 2024.
